Service Description
It is our responsibility perform a consultation for of any beauty or aesthetic treatment. In order to achieve client satisfaction, we must first understand what the client wishes to achieve so that we can meet your expectations. No treatment can be performed without a consultation. Please include what treatment you would like in the message section when making the booking. A £20 deposit is required which is fully refundable upon attending the session if you decide not to go ahead with a treatment. Failure to show up for a consultation will result in your deposit being kept with no refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
